Frames :

 All our frames are made from solid beech, they are glued, screwed and dowelled on the joints for maximum strength and durability.( in some instances, where strength is not an issue, some plywood or other types of board are used solely to give shape or for tacking off to hold the cover in place). All our Occasional furniture frames, are built from soild hardwood and polished to enhance the natural beauty of the wood.

Foams: We use  the highest quality foam and fibres in all our furniture. We use reflex foams in all our seat cushions, which provide exceptional comfort, strength and durability.We offer a choice of :

• Super soft.
  
• Soft to medium.
  
• Medium to firm.
  
• Very firm.

All our foams and fibres comply with fire regulations.

Leather :

 We offer a full range of leathers from plain, rub off antique leathers, aniline, waxed and pull up leathers in a full range of colours. The leather we use is all top quality full hide through dyed leather straight from the tannery. We use the same top quality leather all over our suites.

Buttons & Studs:

Traditional furniture usually involves deep buttoning, to give and retain its shape and tension. Most button work involves a fastening into the frame to a depth of 2 to 4 cms. The possibilty of buttons coming loose is almost non-exsistent. Studs are done by hand and only individual studs are used.

Castors & Bun feet:

We offer a choice of casters,glides,wooden feet in differant sizes and shapes. Our wooden feet are available in mahogany,yew,oak and natural.
